Why Enter

1. You must film in Benton County, TN. 
2. Teams will choose a Team Leader to represent team and to furnish information required by competition.
3. Team Leader must attend meeting at 4 O'Clock held on 10-23-25.  UPM will receive the Information  Package which will include the genre, documents needed for records and details on presenting Project once finished.
4. Deadline to turn Project in will be 5 O'Clock on 10-26-2025.  Any project turned in late will not be accepted.
5. All paper work will be checked at time UPM turns in project.  Team Leader must stay in case of questions.  Once project has been Officially approved, UPM can exit.
6. Sponsors for your team are allowed but must be approved in writing by staff of WFP first.
7. Team Leader must furnish the Team package at sign in meeting.
8. A.I. is allowed but must be in noted in reports.
9. All city, county and state laws must be followed.
10. All participants must be legal citizens of the U.S.
11. Any withdraw prior to beginning, no refunds after.
12.  All Cast and Crew must be volunteers.
13. Animals can be used but safety of the animal and crew must be strictly adhered too.
14. No limit to the number of cameras uses.
15. Each team must use a Character's name, two props and a Scripted line. 
16. Credits must include TRANQUILITY 72 Hour Film Festival logo, a thank you to Benton County and all sponsors of the Festival.
17. Each project must include an identifying landmark of Benton County, TN.
18. Total running time must be a minimum of 5 minutes and not to exceed 8 minutes. Timing will start after Team title card and end with last shot.  End credits must be no longer than 1 minute and will not count in running time. 
19. Before film begins there should be 5 seconds of BLACK followed by 5 seconds title card with team name, genre, city and date. 
20. Each project will be tested on WFP equipment to insure it plays.
21. All work must be original.  Project shall not be shared in any way prior.  A 45 second trailer is allowed after written approval of staff.
22. No media turned in shall be returned.
23. Subject to Change and all Decisions by staff are final.

$200 Cash

Invited to meet with Best Producer, Director and

WFP about roles in WILKY film project.

BEST EDITOR

Invited to meet with Best Producer, Director and

WFP about roles in WILKY film project.

BEST TEAM

$500.  Given out to the team that earns the most points.

Winners must have a representative

at the Banquet.  April 25th, 2026 to be 

held in Benton County.

IF A TEAM IS ENTERED AND REPRESENTS A UNIVERSITY AND/OR FILM SCHOOL

THAT TEAM WILL RECEIVE A $1,000 TO DONATE TO THEIR SPONSORING FILM PROGRAM.
